Track International Orders
Once your order ships, your order history page will contain its tracking details. This info also appears on the right hand side of all our pages, provided you haven't logged out. Click 'track' for more info. Once on the FedEx shipping page, you may acquire your local tracking number on the right side navigation on their site.

Deliveries Made By Local Post
International packages are delivered by your local mail carrier. If a delivery attempt had been made, but the package could not be delivered, then it will reside at your local post office, where you may pick it up anytime.

Canadian Service Exception
During the Canadian Postal Service Strike, packages will temporarily be shipped via UPS Ground. During this time, orders are except from qualifying for free shipping. Orders that have already shipped with CanadaPost are delayed but will be delivered when the strike ends. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
