Track Your Order

How To Track Your Order
Once your order ships, your order history page will contain its tracking details. Using the "click to track" option will show your tracking details and provide you the direct tracking link on the carrier's website.

Shipping Services
We ship primarily with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. If the days-in-transit figure indicates that the order will be delivered on a Saturday, we may ship your order with FedEx or UPS as USPS does not offer this service.

Orders that are under a certain weight, or that can't be delivered by FedEx or UPS are sent through USPS. This includes orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and international locations. Tracking details are provided in all cases.

We also utilize an Economy service, as our introductory level shipping option, in an attempt to expedite shipping while lowering shipping costs for our customers. With this service the carrier brings your order to the local post office, and your mail carrier delivers it to your door. Alternatively, the carrier may also ultimately deliver your package. If the tracking information shows your package being transferred from the carrier to USPS, this is why.
